Failure to complete KYC verification to luck22's satisfaction may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

Accepted methods may change without prior notice and are subject to the policies of the respective payment provider.

The primary transaction currency on luck22 is Pakistani Rupee (PKR). For cryptocurrency deposits, the PKR equivalent is calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the transaction is confirmed on-chain. luck22 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal.
luck22 maintains anti-money laundering (AML) controls consistent with responsible gaming platform standards. Unusual transaction patterns may trigger enhanced due diligence. luck22 reserves the right to freeze account funds and report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities where required by applicable obligations.
luck22 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has commenced (where not offered as in-play markets), bets placed in error, or bets that exceed maximum stake limits.
Live (in-play) betting markets — including PSL cricket, international cricket, and other sports available on luck22 — are subject to rapid odds changes. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is binding. luck22 is not responsible for delays in data feeds that may affect live betting markets.
Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, obvious pricing errors, market suspension, confirmed match-fixing, or technical errors. In the event of a void, stakes are returned to your luck22 account balance.
Results are determined by the official governing body of the relevant sport or event. In the event of a dispute regarding a result, luck22's decision shall be final, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in these Terms.
Bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits offered by luck22 are subject to specific wagering requirements published at the time of each promotion. Unless stated otherwise: (a) bonuses must be wagered the specified number of times before withdrawal is permitted; (b) only one bonus may be active at a time per account; (c) bonus funds cannot be withdrawn as cash until wagering requirements are met.
luck22 reserves the right to withdraw bonus offers, void bonus-funded winnings, and suspend accounts where bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a single offer — is identified.
luck22 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or extend any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable consumer protection requirements.

All content on the luck22 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, graphics, text, images, odds data, and game content — is the intellectual property of luck22 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
